Redundancy Calculator

This tool enables you to input basic employee data and have their ages and statutory redundancy entitlement calculated automatically.  The spreadsheet enables you to specify whether you wish to apply the statutory wage cap or not and to customise the calculation (e.g. to apply a multiplier to the number of weeks or extend the age/service minima and maxima).  It can also be linked via mailmerge to Word documents.
